No way. I don't even live in my home state right now. If i lived back in TX it would probably be a home. But, right now it's not a home... it's a house. It's easy to get depressed here. I am trying to make the best of it though.

My house is a home. But that doesn't mean that no one never gets sad or depressed. Everyone has their bad days. My house is a home because it's where my family and friends come if they need a hug or candy! I give both freely!

For the most part we are happy. But I think everyone gets depressed every now and then. I get depressed right before that time of month.

my "house" is never my home. home is where i am (an apartment, house, tent , car...) but even then one can never expect that everyone will always be happy. everyone, always don't happen in that sense. but where you are should be for the most part peaceful, secure, happy. lots of it comes from within (sounds corny perhaps but...). i have lived many places, where many things were not making for peaceful, happy nor secure but i learned (sadly the hard, long way) to be happy, peaceful , secure within me, and i carry that to anyplace i happen to be. i wish you a shorter journey than i had.

My house is definetly a home. I have young children, so it's not like one of those houses you walk in and are afraid to touch anything. It sounds like you don't have a "home" and I'm sorry to hear that. Everyone needs a place that makes them feel home.

I really don't believe that everyone is happy all the time, in any home.

My home is a place of peace and quiet. I do not allow a lot of commotion in my house. Shhhhhhh, use your inside voice. We can be happy and quiet at the same time. If you feel like squealing with joy or whaling in agony, take it outside (is how it is at my house-and we like it that way). My home is very comfortable, clean, inviting, and QUIET, sometimes happy and sometimes miserable, but always QUIET.

Sometimes, i feel a little afraid alone. Lots of unnecesary scary movies are out there. But, with the right atmosphere, and a good attitude, you can make your house seem like a great place to be.

A place where no one is EVER depressed?
I don't think such a place exists, at least not on this planet.
EVER is a very long time.
