Beotch as I've heard it is just a little nicer way of saying the real thing that they mean. Some people will use beotch when refering to a friend in a funny way.

biatch is sort of a slacker surfer skateborder dialect for b-i-t-c-h. But it often is used to refer to a male whom the user wishes to exploit or ridicule.
