I feel something in my Throat and my chest?

its like a weird movement in my throat. it comes and goes every 20 to 30 seconds. its like a Big Beat i feel. i get shakey and i get the butterflies.

might be arrhythmia,check with a Doctor it could lead to serious problems later

Sounds like palpitations. See a doctor.
