Click File, Save As. When the save box pops up, type in the name you want. Then go to My Computer, and find the drive your flash drive is in. It'll probably have the name of it. Open that drive and save. Voila!

On the Powerpoint menu choose File, Save as, then choose the letter of the flash drive (it appears in the popup box listing that pops up when you choose Save As). The hard drive is C:. If you have a DVD drive or CD drive it's usually going to be D: or F: or the flash drive may be E: or F:

Once you type in a name and click OK you should see a light on your flash drive to show that it's saving there.

Click file save as and a drop down box will appear select the drive that has the flash drives name or says removable disk. The computer you are wanting to change it to must have PowerPoint installed as well or you will not be able to view it on the other PC.

while saving the document by pressing ctrl+s, the dialog box appears select the flash drive location and press ok....at last on the botton right of the desktop the flash drive icon tht is displayed should be stop by clicking the flash drive icon and select the remove drive.and stop.....

select the file right click on it select copy and that go to your flash drive and right click on white screen and select paste.thats it you r done.

are you kidding me??? purely open up the flash force, click and drag the powerpoint to the flash force window. or you may open the powerpoint and reserve it to the flash force. in a good number of cases its force E or F.
