Most of them have formed strong bonds with the Jr. pastors, bible studie teachers, and other members of the congregation, so they stay with the church.
It takes more than one person to sustain a church, regardless of how charismatic the leader is.

Hopefully they learn an important lesson about being sheep and they become a little more responsible about forming a relationship with God and not just accept spoon-fed boob-tube religion. I hope this brings them one step closer to learning who God is and to forming their own relationship with God.

Well, they have to be extremely disallusioned. But hopefully they'll find other churches. And not let circumstances affect them.
