Abstinence. Just say no. It is 100% guaranteed to prevent pregnancy. My dad always said to take a vitamin and hold it between your knees and this would work also.

You need condoms unless you are having sex with someone who has only been with you....( chances of this is low) because if you need to worry about cost for birth control with out presciption then you are not concern about what may happen with having sex without a condom....HIV-Aids, Herpes and many other sexual transmitted disease's....If he wont wear a condom do not do it...These disease's will cost a lot of money to treat and some can not be treated and then the price for a funeral is really expensive

I used to use b/c foam called deflin. Its not as effective as the pill or anything, more effective than condoms though if used right. I think it costs about $10, but you can get about 10 uses out of it. Its easy to use too.

Don't quote me on the price because its been awhile since i have used it.

If the reason you dont want to use condoms it that you are allergic to laytex, there are other condoms out there. Try them. Its better than gettin a disease hon.

If you are not married, I hope you would always use a condom (at least). There are worse things than getting pregnant out there now. HIV and a host of other things you can not always get rid of! And even nice guys can pass things on to women they sleep with. They may not even have any symptoms! Abstinence works PERFECTLY very cheap. It will not kill you, I promise : )

Wear condoms always! always!

Your local health department should give them out free or very low cost. Also they can prescribe birth control pills.

I find it pretty hilarious that all the answers promting safe sex are getting a thumbs down. Come on people are you that stupid???

It's better to be safe than dead.

Well, the best free birth control is abstinence.Take monks and priests for example;have you ever seen a religious man of almost any religion have STD's or AIDS?I think not.Anyways, there is always that tube of spermicide.......

You could use spermicide. You can buy it in the drug store. It's a little less effective than the condom, so it's recommended that you use both. But it can be used alone. It's not too expensive, just a few dollars.

Visit your local planned parenthood office. You can often get birth control pills there for very little, if not free.

I have heard the sponge is available again, but I am post menopausal so I am not sure. You can use foam but it is not as reliable as some other methods
