Under 70F they tend to stay hidden as they can not warm up enough to move fast,. They need the sun to heat them up as they are cold blooded animals and can not warm themselves. When temperatures get down into the 50's they will go into a state called brumation, when all body functions slow to such a rate, they do not need to eat for several weeks to months adn do not loe weight. This allows them to survive in cold climates, but they can not suvivie freezing temperatures and those will kill them.

They are smart and will usually go underground or hide in roof eaves or other places they can get warmth from humans residences. I live in Florida and we have a group of anoles that will all get into our lania area each winter and live there as it is enclosed with vinyl windows. I keep a uro and water dragons out there with heat lights. We often see the anoles sharing their heat kights with them or on the windows near their lights. When it gets too cold, we bring the uro and water dragon inside and the anoles disappear, I assume to brumate also as we see the same ones out again when it warms up.

depends on outside temp. they are cold blooded, so any thing below 65 degrees would probably kill them. so i'd say no!
