I am thinking about getting an ipod. I was told to get a creative zen instead. what do you guys think? is an ipod easy to use? do i need to pay to download songs?

i have loved my ipod. i think the newer ones are really cool. itunes is awesome also. im hoping to get a new one for christmas. i would probably get an ipod with video, because you can watch tv, movies, and videos right there on it. i think the new colored nanos are awesome too.

If you want popular and be able to use iTunes, then get an iPod.
If you want more features for less money, get something from the Creative Zen line.
All music costs 99 cents per song.

Get an ipod. I just got the new nano and they are good. Bright screen, comes in pink, green, blue or silver, LONGER battery power.....you need to download itunes but it's free the download..........you can get it at apple.com. And there are some good sites out there where you can get free music, no joke. So it's all good.

yeah get an ipod well it depends which kind i have a nano its pink, but they also have a ipod video or shuffle, they are so kool, and so easy to use, you get itunes which is the store where u download games, movies, audiobooks, tvshows, and of cousre music, but it all costs of course like a song is 99cents which is a good price,

Zen's more affordable and if you wan radio in it, only Zen has this function. Ipod's easier to use for me. Depends where you d/l your mp3, definitely have to pay for mp3 for certain sites unless you have mp3 software where you can d/l free.

You should get a Creative Zen Micro 8gb. I have one. It's fantastic. It syncs automatically with Windows Media Player.
