I am going to college for graphic design and I have to design a game board for my project. Any ideas of what might be a fun one to recreate? I was thinking something like Trouble with a rainbow and Christian take...any ideas how to do that? Or totally new ideas are welcome.. please 8- )

If you just have to re-design the board for a game, there are a number of richly-themed games out there that would look great with a differently designed board. Some of my favorite re-designs are

You might want to check out a game called "Settlers of Catan." The board is made up of approximately 3" tiles and people do all kinds of creative things with them. Can't think of any specific game board to redesign. Don't do Monopoly - its had FAR too many re-themes and redesigns as it is.

monopoly or the game of life or um pictionary do pictionary you can make it more artistic istead of just a board with squares on it since it is a game abbout art

Risk....you could update it with all the newer country names, and the breakup of the Soviet Union.
Really make the map classy looking
