does anyone know where i can take pole dancing lessons in the tulsa, ok area? and if not. do u know of another really fun dance lesson?

There's some great pole dancing how-to DVDs as well...Pole Katz, A Pole Lot of Fun, The Art of Exotic Pole Work...but of course, you would need a pole in your home, $150 and up if you purchase online.

Pole dancing is great fun and is a fantastic way to strengthen your muscles - especially your arms and abs. You don't need to be super fit but you must warm up your arm muscles before you start or you'll suffer for days (maybe weeks). In the Uk individual lessons cost about £15 for 30 mins.

You'll probably have to try looking in the phonebook first, though it's unlikely you'll find anything. Then, your next best bet is to search on google for lessons in your area, but beware any porn sites that may show up.

Hiphop would be another style of dance I would suggest if you can't find pole dancing and are looking for something fun to do. Classes for it will probably be easy to find, too.

Don't listen to them..I've heard of those classes for women on the news and on shows like Oprah.. they can be a great way to give you confidence and will help your relationship with your husband post-baby.

pole dancing isnt dancing, it is a form of whore practice.
dancing is ballet, hip hop, jazz, african, modern, tap etc
If u want to dance for fun i suggest hip hop
if u want to dance to be a dancer take ballet
if u are an inspiring whore, take pole dancing if u can call that an art
