It came with some assessories that I don't understand. One with a big loop and a small loop right next to each other and it sits on the rim of the cooker towards the inside of the pot (not on the removable crock pot). I would like to know what it is for.

Industrial Airport, KS 66031 there doesnt seem to be a website for their products. what i can see is that the company went bust and most taken over by the company named rival. before bothering calling i would look up the rival website, contact them or look at their products online and see if your chefs pot is now part of their company.
