As far ahead as the manga is than the anime, he has yet to die, unfortunately. He's still out there somewhere, training Sasuke

***SPOLIER*** Orochimaru does no longer die yet interior the anime. Sasuke apparently kills Orochimaru. regardless of the undeniable fact that it somewhat is only till Sasuke fights Itachi whilst Oruchimaru dies. those episodes have not yet been released.

NO... his arms are useless he is in a lot of pain and all that jazz... but he can trancefere himself into a new boddy which is cool so he can never die... EVER
