I lost my partner in that game by using stand by command and when i put it in my team I dont have a partner anymore

after you beat the game and learned how to go through evolution, weren't you listening to your partner?
well, anyway, now that you've beaten the game, you can go up to ANY pokemon that you have recruited, and when you talk to them, and that menu opens up, you can choose for them to come along with you... and you can even choose them to be the new leader of the team
after i beat rayquaza with my eevee and bulbasaur, i decided to let them both retire, and now my team leader is a crobat, and it's partners are a pichu and a girafarig
after you beat any dungeon, or escape from one, you will have nothing but your team leader by itself - you must now choose your partners before you go anywhere, EVERY single time you go to a dungeon.
partners no longer tag along just because they feel like it. if you have your partner for one dungeon, and keep him til you beat that dungeon, when you go home and go to bed, your partner leaves the team, and you will be by yourself again. there is no way to make a new partner be there all the time.

It's on stand-by mode. It will be in it's friend area. Go to the left of your rescue base, and it will ask "Who would you like to visit?" And it will show a list of all your recruits. When you get to the friend area, press A when you are facing the pokemon. Then press "Join Team"

The answer to your question, go back to the pokemon then click on join team and it will rejoin you for that mission/dungeon.
