Do your 1/2 of the assignment, and before class starts on Monday, go to your teacher and tell her what is happening. Or better yet, if you have your teacher's email, email him/her the situation right now. The teacher probably has other contact info with your homework partner. Make sure you email your teacher before Sunday night though, or else your teacher will have the excuse of 'you waiting till the last minute to tell them.' to not deal with the issue. Explain to them [either in email or before class] that you just can't get your partner to do anything, and that you have worked very hard, and are prepared. Make sure that you seem like the good, responsible student. And ask all nicely how you would really like to be graded seprately, for the obvious reason. Most teachers i've had are really cool about this.
And don't forget to make your partner look like a total idiot, that they are, in front of class, when you do present. Make sure that it's very very obvious that you did the homework, and they didn't.
Make them seem very very inferior.
I totally know how you feel, I'm a freshman in High school, and i've had plenty of upperclassmen already do that to me, just for the @#*! fact that i'm freshman and i care about my grade.
Hey, look on the bright side. Now you can gather your homies and jump someone.
hahahahahhahahhahhahh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh yes! YEEEESSSSSSS!!!!!!!
Just make sure that you don't get caught. And that the person, has no evidence whatsoever! No evidence. None!!!!
hahahahhahahahah!!!!!!!!!!!
just don't get carried away. Remember, you're the GOOD student. ;-)

First of all, I would call this person one last time to tell the he/she that we need to practice or at least get a copy of the the script. I would leave it on their answer machine. Once I did that. I would practice my lines so that I knew them by heart . So when Monday came, the teacher would know who took this project seriously and who f*cked around. Or you can come up with a whole new script so that that person can't say they had any part in it writing it and you can still get a good grade. It isn't your fault that they aren't taking their part of the project seriously. But if you don't feel like dealing with that sh*t and making a whole new script, caught the teacher by them self and explain to them what has happen. Tell them you are still prepared and can go on with or without that person. See if they can be the stand in . Most teachers are cool about things if you explain to them what is going on. If this teacher is a d*ckhead then I suggest writing a new script you can do by yourself.

I never knew why teachers didnt pair off the dumba$$es in class in the first place. But this is what I would do, learn your lines to perfection. On Monday, recite them flawlessly while giving your partner a blank stare when it was supposed to be his turn to speak. Make a fool out of him in front of the class, it might be a good lesson for him. I know your teacher will understand because you did you part, what else could you do?

i had a similar problem once with my partner for an english presentation. Make sure you know your lines really well. Make sure it's obvious that you've done your share of the work. then approach your teacher in private and explain that although you've tried, your partner wouln't do any work ask your teacher to grade the two of you separately.

yeah just memorize your lines as well as you can, then go up to the teacher on your own and tell him or her. then they'll know you did your part, and will deal with the other person.
