I support the rights of everyone to be or believe what they wish. That's why we live in this country. If a person is gay, let him or her be gay. If a person is a Christian, let them be a Christian. If a person feels being gay is wrong, then they have a right to their opinion. If a person feels that Christians are a bunch of weirdos hiding behind their religion, then they have that right to feel that way. All I ask is that people do not force their way of life on me nor insult or put me down for what I do or do not believe. In the end, we will all have to answer for the hurts we caused, the beliefs we believed and the good and bad we did. Sorry, got up on my soapbox for a minute.

Absolutely! of course I'm little biased here being an openly gay man having come out in 1972 at age 17.
Being a Canadian and living in Vancouver, I also enjoy the right to marry if I choose to. I can even adopt, though at the moment I choose to live alone with my cat and surf the net entertaining myself by answering questions like this whille doing research for radiogay.ca.
My question to you is...why would anyone report you?

I totally support gay rights, if you mean that gays should have rights that are equal to those of straights. I do have to tell you (because you look so young in your pic, so maybe I can help you out here with straight friends who really are on your side) that just because a straight person is your friend or supports gay rights, it doesn't mean that the person is going to be willing to spend a crazy amount of time or energy fighting for that. Because everybody has their own issues. I am 44 years old, and I've had openly gay friends--great friends--for DECADES who get really mad that I don't do more to support their rights. But sheesh. I have my own issues. I don't see them going to all ends of the earth to support the rights of dolphins or battered women. Which is fine. But don't hate me because I don't use all my free time to help you support your passion--it doesn't mean I don't love you or agree with your cause. Once in a while it would be nice to get an e-mail that just says, "Hi, how are you, I miss you" instead of "If you're with me, you'll click on this link and support this whatever."

I support human rights. (If there is truly more than 1 race of people on earth, and one of them is the human race, what are the others?) T. Jefferson said that we are guaranteed with certain inalienable rights, that among those are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Notice we are not guaranteed happiness, just the right to pursue it. Thus the legislative right lets us seek basic human rights as homosexuals, but actually letting us have them? Not in this lifetime.

No I do not support gay rights because the bible gives direction other wise in no uncertain terms. I do not have any sort of hate for people that practice this but I do wish that they would reconsider the bibles admonition to stop practicing these things and turn around, it says because that is what some of you were; meaning it is possible to change. With Gods help and direction all things are possible. Pray for wisdom and help with all things.
2 Peter 3:9
9 Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with YOU because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance.

I'm down with absolutely equal rights for every law-abiding citizen. With a caveat: marriage is not a right. Marriage is a sacrament that became a standard in our civilization because of our western european system of law. Marriage does not belong to human law, though: it is the Lord's law and properly administered through churches and spiritual leaders.
I think, therefore, it's time to make partnership the common and legal standard in our society and return marriage to its' proper place as a separate sacrament in the Lord's house.

My best friend is gay, so yes I support gay rights and march in the parade every year with him. What people do with their lives is their business.

Honestly, no i don't think that gays should get married... but, who am i to judge?
It doesn't matter what i think anyway. People are gonna do what they are gonna do.
The one thing that bothers me though is when i am watching tv and my 5 year old son is with me and two men or women start kissing... and it's on regular cable??? It's one thing for it to be in a movie or on HBO or Cinemax... but, freaking regular cable?
No, i'm not gonna report you... i'm not like that.

Of course I do!!!!!! *siiigh*... there's nothing like hot gay guys. Hehe. You will not find a bigger yaoi fan in the world than right here! In fact, this is the biggest reason why I hate Bushitler and all his crackhead conservative followers. Oh, and religious people, too... but that was implied.
