iTunes is designed to be used only with iPods. If you download a Song from the iTunes Store, It will come to you in a Protected AAC format.

This format is only readable by iPods.

There are other iPods out there that work with iTunes it self, but they are only able to transfer MP3 files

yes you can but its better if you use windows media player or the or creative media player.

uhh no it cant, if you own one it cant, and why would you want to use itunes when you can use like mp3.com and other music like limewire too.
