Simpson's is more slapstick and realistic at times. Family guy also has realistic stuff with the exception of Stewie the talking baby and South Park is crude humor. I like Simpson's the best.

I like Family Guy because it's funny at time, but I find it stupid at times with all these random jokes that have nothing to do with each other
Simpson is a classic, family friendly
The best is South Park, yes, it has naughty languages and stuff, but every episodes gernally have a story that targets a specific subject. The jokes are also funny in a twisted way, but you have to have a sense of humors to find it funny though. There are different people who found it offensive because it makes fun of their race/religion/etc... but duhh, it makes fun of everybody, stop getting offensive over everything. I just think South Park is the best because it said things that you are thinking in your head anyway, just that nobody would come out & say it...

Finally,a question that doesn't involve anime. Well,I like Family Guy because it is soooo funny.They make fun of virtually everything. I would say that the way they compare is that are all about dysfunctional families but I like that.
