The answer is that she is just being personal and that's not being professional. I have seen one of my lady bosses treating several staff that she dislike this way and worst, she can be a totally different person with staff that she LIKES. After a while, all the staff that she don't like left the company and she still thinks she is right. There's only three solutions to the this problem
1) Leave and find a better environment-you may even have another one of this ppl in yr new workplace-so its realy a matter of luck
2) Stay and ignore her completely. If you don't have a line of report to her, just do your job and make sure that she cannot find any loopholes that you didn't do your job correctly
3) Thirdly, try to win her over and get into her good books. It sounds tough but sometimes, we have to take a look at where we have gone wrong and amend our own character. Its not easy and takes alot of you swallowing your pride and giving her the leeway
Other than this, I dunno how to help. I have been working for almost 20 yrs, seen the good and bad of bosses and I'm still learning daily how to handle them
Good luck...

Sorry, but quitting is ALWAYS an option. Nobody has to be stuck in a job working for someone who is unfair and rude. In the meantime, while you are still there, just try to ignore her stupidity and remember that it's HER problem, not yours. You can't change other people, but you can have a good attitude yourself and let it go when she acts poorly. Laugh it off! And do look for something else. Life is way too short to be stuck in a place that makes you unhappy. I've been there.

You really need to find a new job and then quit your current job. You always have options. Don't stoop to your boss's level and pull any passive aggressive sh** like she is though. You still need to give two weeks notice.
Your boss's behavior means that she doesn't want you working there, but she doesn't have grounds to fire you. You won't get ahead there, and you will continue to be treated badly, so you need to go.

Look for something else now! The sooner you look for a different job in the same field, the better. Give 2 weeks and move on. My in-law has had problems with his boss for years and hasn't been any happier or healthier for it. She'll screw you any chance she gets. Get out.
