speaking of the show Lost, does anyone know what the story was that Jack told Kate......?

In the finale last wed. Jack told Kate to go, but told her to remember the story he told her when she was sewing up his wound. That is a clue to where she is suppose to go, but I can't remember what story he told her....does anyone know what is was????
