The only way that new O's student can get $1.5k to $2k is to work in sales (ok for girls they can work in other things but I am not going into that). No way any company will pay that amount for admin, plus you are new.
Anyway, keep looking and nothing is impossible - if you are lazy to flip the papers, you can go to http://www.st701.com.sg/ - this contains all the jobs that were advertised in Straits Times.

No much chance. Even a Dip. or A level holder can't get these starting pay in admin area.
Try sales with low basic + commission.
If you have the luck and willing to work all out, there should not be a problem.

Work with me as sale person temporary while looking for a better one.
But my style is more on profit sharing then giving just basic pay.
I believe in effort = income.
More business one bring in, one should get more, that simple.

O level qualification want to earn 1.5K minimum? just wait long long. The average pay for a polytechnic graduate is 1.6K. You want 1.5k for o level? If there is, I think no one wannt be in polytechnic.... they rather be in polyclinic....

Why don't you try signing up for jobsdb.com?
They are an online search engine for jobs.
But don't expect $1500 as your salary as your certification is too low to get $1500.
At most you can get $800-$900 only.
Admin jobs are not easily available, maybe you can try other industries too.
