i own a repair shop,and it needs to have the front end alignment done on it if its wearing tires like that ,you may have some bad tie rod ends also on it,but it needs to be checked out really good to be sure about it,id have it looked at as soon as i could to see what all it might need ,,good luck,i hope this help,s.

wheel bearings could actually be a problem. but so could tie rod ends, ball joints, idler arm ,and pitman arm . they all add together to keep your alignment good now when one of those parts wear it effects your caster (the pull of your tires ), the camber( the wear of your tires ) and your toe ( wich could effect all three) best bet take to an alignment tech and they will inspect your front end suspension for free. also with GM the independent front end suspension the A-arms bushings wear and then starts most of your problems . If you can take your steering wheel and move it pretty freely without moving your tires then probably tie rods, idler arm, or pitman arm, but if you hit bumps and hear loud pops or feel them then its either your balljoints, A-arm bushings, or wheel bearings .

Yes as others have said it could be a lot of things wore out or it could be as simple as rotating the tires. If the front ones stay on the front too long because of cornering will wear the edges out on the front tires. Tire should be rotated every 3000-5000 mi. I change my il at 5000mi and then go get the tires rotated . The reason being on the oil is the car maker recommends 5000 mi oil changes and the oil change places recommend 3000 mi so you come see them more often

your have an alignment concern, either your toe is way in, or your camber has the outer parts of the tires hitting the road. Wheel bearings couldn't cause your concern, they would wear the inside of the tires

could be many things most common problems are bad ball joints but that is normally wear on the inside edge only or the truck is being over loaded with weight. If it has been lifted this could also cause the tire wear.

it a wheel alignment problem,toe in or too high a speed cornering,as was mentioned above about camber,camber is a none wear adjustment,look at old vw or porshe,twin i beam ford truck,alignment specs allowed up to 7 degrees of camber

Alignment doesn't change for no reason. Something is wearing out. Probably ball joints.

if you look at the car from the front, the tops of the tires point out, the truck has too much positive camber
