Cats are about as easy as it gets. You scoop the litter once or twice a day, leave out some dry food and water all the time, and serve up some canned at dinner time. They are very laid back once they mature and are always ready to snuggle.

Good food, keep indoors, immunizations, spaying or neutering, and you will probably get by with one vet visit per year for boosters.

I've got cats. My 21 year old has never been outside, except in carrier for yearly vet visit, and he's never been sick with anything.

Well, for the best companion, a dog of course. For a nice houseguest, a cat. For a friendly pet that is always there, a bird. And for the lowest maintenance of all, a tank full of fish!

I would always choose dogs over any pet, but I also have a cat, a horse, three birds, and a saltwater aquarium full of fish.

Oh, almost forgot to mention ferrets! They are really fun but kinda high-maintenance.

Guppies. It's easy to take care. Like cats all this are quite hard unless you really have time to take care for. Every animal has only one lives just like us. So, when you want to buy a pet, make sure that you will take care for it and be responsible so you won't regret

Fish are easy to take care of but not very fun.
Cats are fairly easy to take care of.
If you can be bothered constantly cleaning a cage/hutch and if you like playing with pets... a mouse/rat/guinea pig/rabbit would be good. They are pretty easy to take care of too.
Maybe a bird also?

easy pets--gerbils are good require little cleaning in comparison to other rodents, use a water bottle very easy feed daily. birds- all drop feathers and throw food, feed daily, can use water bottle cage clean up daily, easier than a dog. cats -food, water, litterbox must learn house rules or can get on kitchen counters. snakes--can take out and handle- feed every week or two- only have to clean one potty per feeding, water should be kept clean, fun just to watch moving around if in good habitat. cage cleanup easy . i personally like snakes for easy-but have had dogs, cats, mice, gerbils, parrots, ahorse, a pig, rats, and mice. oh and fish but like something i can be interactive with

Hamsters are alot of fun, also if you like birds a Cockatiel that has been handfed and tame would be a great longtime companion and if you get a male it can learn to talk and sing. I raised them for years.

So, you're giving freely the dogs? If not, I recommend not getting the rest. in case you're, i could say a rabbit. There are a pair issues you may remember till now you get the lovable little fluffball, despite the fact that: one million. Rabbits will harm furnishings, carpet, and dissimilar different stuff if not given the toys that they choose (ie non-poisonous wood, newspaper, paper luggage, and that i recommend tennis balls, besides the reality that they are actually not needed). 2. Rabbits do not prefer to be held. whether you have had them for years, it is instinct to combat lower back, and that they could actual harm their backs and legs in case you're actually not careful. So attempt to evade finding out on them up, and merely puppy them. 3. do not bypass with a cage, or they are going to be cooped up and unhappy. provide them a small pen (with extreme bars) yet enable them to out in a bunny-risk-free section to run around for no less than an hour an afternoon. 3 or extra if available. you do not could desire to play with them this finished time, you may merely take a seat on the floor in the section and do some paintings or analyzing or something, and whilst they sense like fidgeting with you, they are going to come over. Plus that play time, they could be petted and brushed for one million/2 an hour an afternoon. (as quickly as your rabbits have faith you, a relaxing interest to play with them is tag. whether they don't thoroughly understand what they're doing, it is sturdy exercising.l Rabbits are certainly extremely undemanding to look after as quickly as you get into the swing of issues, and that they could be particularly playful as quickly as you get to be attentive to them. EDIT: one extra concern: do not save rabbits outdoors! dissimilar different animals come out at night, and whether my some stroke of success they don't touch the rabbit, your undesirable bunny can die of heart attack. to not point out they could freeze or burn in the wintry climate and summer.

It depends on how much time and space you have. It also depends on how much you want to spend.

Dogs are quite expensive all round but great companions and a lot of fun they will always love you and also a good work out when you take em for walkies.

Cats are less expensive and do not need so much care but love attention and love at the same time.

Reptiles are expensive at first but less so later on, but if dont want to feed mice or crickets to em then maybe not otherwise interseting.

Parrots, budgies, finches ect are annoying i would know i have a budgie! every time you want to watch summit good on tv he squaurks but if you like em then fair enough (they are v.pretty tho).

I personly love rodent such as mice hamster gerbils and rats.

Mice have got to be 1 of the most interesting if i had the time i would sit and watch them play all day and night they are sweet n not that expensive at all they love little treats and runnining in a wheel.

Hamsters are cute too and love to explore and also not that expensive! They love to be taken out of their cage and eun around in their ball.

Gerbils love to dig you would need to provide them with sand and/or sawdust to dig in as love to burrow. its interesting to watch them make tunnels in it. They also look cute and innocent.

Rats however has to be the all time interesting pet. Loads of people think they are full of disease but Fancy rats are bred for pets so they are friendly and as clean as you keep their cage. They are like dogs but a smaller version of. You can take them for walks, teach em tricks, they even know their own name!!! Whenever you walk past their cage they will want to be taken out and give you kiss (yep they give you kisses!) They love lots of toys in their cage so even if you dont want them out then you can watch them play.

Hope you enjoy any pet you decide to get! Remember to research it before you buy your pet!
