Throwing cupcakes and waffles at someone when you're mad at them does about as much good as John Kerry does for America. I think this is one reason as to why there are lethal weapons in this world, unfortunate though it is.

In my family, we have egg fights pretty often so you can work out your frustrations on someone pretty fast. It actually starts out as an egg tossing contest, but you know how that goes!
