I've never seen the word specialist spelled "specialtist". Of course it's a spelling mistake!

There is no such word spelled specialtist. The word is specialist. Some people just don't use the dictionary to check their spelling.

I've never heard or read the word "specialtist." One online dictionary re-confirms there's no such word. My guess is that it's a mistake. Why not check the dictionary, or use Word spellcheck, vs. Yahoo Answers? Just curious.
