My reading report is going to be extremely long because I need to read 1000 pages on a subject in which I will need to cite each book, interview, video (each minute = 1 page), article, journal, etc.

Also, does anyone know where and how I put the number of pages read for each bibliography in a READING REPORT?

No, they should not be numbered. They should be listed in alphabetical order (by author's last name, or by title if there is no author). Ask your teacher what kind of bibliography she/he wants you to type. Then look up online how to do it. For example, lots of teachers go with APA style. You can visit http://www.apastyle.org/faqs.html to see how to put together a bib in that style. Scroll down when you get there, since it gives lots of examples you can model your entries after.

If you're going to be writing a report this long, and using as many references as you're going to, then you should use something called MLA format. Do a search for it and that'll tell you the details you'll need to know.
