Only one hour? Eek! I'm assuming I've made peace with everyone and I'm somehow isolated so I'm not running around trying to say my last words to loved ones. In that case, I'd spend my last hour in a hot, hot bath (item 1), listening to my iPod (item 2) and eating a giant box of dark chocolate (item 3). If I've gotta go, that's the way I want to do it.

Material items would not do it for me.
I would want:
To be with the person I loved
To be outside in nature, either in the forest or on the beach, and it would have to be SUNNY. I love to be in the sun.
I would want to be in a quiet place, no traffic etc, just the sounds of nature and birds around me.

You will probably need air, water, and food. What else would ya need? If your in perfect health, all you need to worry about is if your food is poisend. Make sure your friends are with you when you die, too, because you wont be able to die happily when your friends will feel guilty for not being there when you died.

3 - a pack of cigarrettes.
