Choice A
--Normal work hours. Extended only when necessary

Choice B
--I've only met the Branch Manager. The recruiter that found me job A actually recommended me for this position. Choice A is with my recruiter's husband's company and I would report to him.

It's an unusual situation. Current salary is about $45K. I don't currently care for my supervisor, coworkers, or the work I am doing. I feel that I am stuck with no where to grow. I have gone back and forth between both choices and have pros and cons for both. I just can't seem to decide! I appreciate your input!

The branch manager in B was very nice. She is very high energy. I also like the recruiter very much. She, too, is very nice.

I would choose option A because it seems like you will be in charge and able to start your own game plan.

It looks like choice A is with a smaller companies and choice B looks like the company has already been established. I am not sure if this is true but you know better than I.

You should weigh the pros and cons for both before you decide. Think about what your career would be like in five years. Take both companies and also do a side-by-side comparison. That might help too.

The best advice would also be to follow your heart because if you love your job and enjoy what you do you will be successful anywhere you go!

God Bless and I wish you continue success!

I would choose A personally. Time is ones most valuable asset especially if you have a family. Even if you don't you can use your time to benefit you in so many different ways. I'm currently look right now and found something that you might be interested in for something on the side- helping others with their finances. I had an interview with a company called World Financial Group that I thought was going to be a waste of time but it was really something I ended up learning a lot from. If you go all out on it you could open your own office, get backing, and be making $100,000.00 more than you are now. Even if I don't go that route, I have confidence in the services they provide and will keep in contact with them. Obviously in the end it just depends on what your interests are and what you want to accomplish out of life. Money is good to have for stability and what not, but you got that already. I'd say take A and enjoy life.

Choice A. Taking a new job with a new organization is always a risk if you already like your current office. The corporate culture could be completely wrong for you, they could fire you for some stupid reason that wasn't your fault, you might hate your boss, the people around you, etc. You may also be stuck in the position they hire you for because you have no indication there is opportunity for you to move up.

Sounds like you already have opportunity to grow at your current job, which you like a lot, have good benefits at, love your boss and peers, etc., etc. The $20k to $30k more is an illusion. It sounds better, but if you lose that job or hate it you get $0 more than current job.

Given that I've worked at places that made my life hell even when I was making good money, I wouldn't trade a good boss and good working environment for anything in the world.

It all depends what's important to you.

If your current salary is $20k, going to $50k could make a major change in your life. If your current salary is $100k, going to $130k will not have much of an impact on your life.

I wear a suit to work every day, and I like to dress up.

I think that stretching to new experiences grows us - and that someone would hire you in an area that you have no experience is a rare opportunity.

You don't mention choice a work hours, so can't compare those.

You don't mention anything about the people in Choice B, so can't compare those.

I noticed that you wrote up the choices to make choice A "sound" better, but don't let the thoughts of strangers make up your mind on something some important - it seems to be that your mind is already made up, so why the doubt?

date either one of them. inform them you are no longer equipped for anything critical relatively but. after courting each a even as you may also appreciate you pick one among them or have more potent emotions for him. then you'll be able to attempt to flip that right into a courting and give up seeing the opposite man. Unless they are pleased with you having an open courting. of path, in the event you do date each brazenly they'll wish to be ready to do the identical and would meet anybody else.
