How did the Egyptians create the perfectly round pillars of their buildings?

We invented the concept of pi before the Greeks. Using higher math, we were able to create a perfect circle in three dimensions. Scultping the columns only required a complex circular leveling device using water which we invented in the 8th dynasty.
