Come to the United States, we need good nurses.

I find it difficult to believe that you cant get work within the nhs.
the nhs ,as you know is funded by the taxpayer and therefore is frivolent with money and there are often 3 nurses doing the job of one nurse in the private sector.Public sympathy aroused by the gutter press(angels) has meant nhs nurses being paid far in excess of their skills and workloads.
The governmenst answer to the nhs crisis is to throw billions of pounds at the problem, simply because were paying. No attempt has been made to restructure or streamline the nhs to make it more effctive, the labour way is to keep as many people working as possible regardless of need because the most hardworking taxpayers are funding it....easy isnt it ?

I agree with Eldude, go to the states coz I believe the pay is good too. Other than that Nursing homes are usually willing to take on newly qualified nurses.

Move to Florida. They are hiring nurses like crazy and a lot of British nurses have moved there. Plus there's the weather, the ocean, etc.

Sadly gaining proper qualifications doesn't guarantee getting a job as a nurse. It's totally stupid. In Poland all job sectors works like this... :(
