Fahrenheit is the standard equivalent to the metric Celsius. It doesn't hold any 'hidden' meaning in the book. It is descriptive not metaphorical/allegorical.

Fahrenheit means unit of measurement used to measure temperature. Since the book is about burning books he simple calls the temp at which paper burns. If ur looking for an symbolic meaning I don't think there is one. But if there is one it probably has something to being hot or extremely mad over something.

The title of the book by American author Ray Bradbury, Fahrenheit 451, refers to the autoignition temperature, or kindling point, of paper. The actual ignition temperature of paper varies with its chemical content, thickness, and other properties.
