It's called "Check On It" by Beyonce. It was on the Pink Panther soundtrack =)

Check On It by Beyonce. It can be heard in Destiny's Child #1's and the recent Pink Panther movie starring Steve Martin.
It's an OK song. The rhythm is catchy. But it gets old after a while.
