Do you have to seal it what is the safest way to do it so that it doesn't kill all of my fish?!!?! WIll acrylic paints work? What can I seal it all with? THANKS A BUNCH!

What I am wanting to paint and then put in the tank is a little cermic house. I don't want to paint the actual tank.

The only paint that is truly safe for anything going in the water is Epoxy paint. You will need to let the paint cure at least one week and then give several long soaks in clear water to remove any residual chemicals that leach or outgas from the paint. No sealer is needed with Epoxy paint.

I don't have the actually name but anything that is safe for us to eat off, like if you were to paint a plate or mug, then it is safe. So no lead or other chemicals are in it, it should say on the paint whether or not it is food safe.

pour all the water and fish inside a bucket and u paint it when dry.paint it with thick permanent acrylic colours of your choice.then seal it with plastic.

u probably kill the fish u should just keep it plain
