It depends on who is saying it, duh. I mean, if it was a sleazy perv, you should be worried. If it was your aunt, it means she loves you.

well it depends who this someone is, if it's family then it means exactly that, they have been thinking about you. If it a love interest than it could mean 2 things. 1. they have been thinking about you becuase they like you or 2. you sinply came to mind i.e when you think to yurself, i could go a slice of mud cake right about now. OR if it is an ex-partner it could mean 2 things again 1. they want you back OR 2. they are playing mind games either to screw with you if it was a messy break-up or just simply for fun (how mean if they are though!)

It depends on who says it. If it is a member of the opposite sex and you have been flirting with him/her, I would believe that is their way of telling you that they like you. I tend to believe it would be a positive thing, if you are interested in them. Otherwise, it could be a nuisance.
