If you are talking about baby diapers, not even a WIC program pays for those, you are on your own. If you are taling about adult diapers, then yes, medicare and some supplimental programs do help pay for a portion of adult diapers.

Insurance or welfare or WIC any of thos programs do not pay for diapers. If you are that broke you can get food assistance but not for diapers. Save your money and by some cloth diapers and then you won't have to worry about having to keep buying them. I did with my first child because we were broke.
Even better idea...turn off your internet and that is at least $25 a month that will buy a box of diapers..I have a feeling you have a cell phone to that is another $50 for diapers.
Once you have a child it's all about priorties and that would be what your baby needs first.

Baby diapers on health insurance? I've never heard of it. If your having a hard time affording diapers buy some cloth diapers and use them. All you have to do is wash them and you save tons of money!

Health insurance doesn't cover diapers. You might try a WIC program or something similar, if you think you qualify.
