I have Blue-Grey eyes myself and I have found that bronze colors, work so well at making the blue stand out in my eyes. Nutrogena has a lip balm called glow, and it works GREAT as a subtle bronze eye color. Anything bronze, or golden/neutral is best. Depending on your hair/skin color I think a warmer liner helps make blue grey stand out as well, warm browns and chocolate liners are the best.

Line your eyes with a bright blue and use a silver eyeshadow. Finish with navy mascara. Also, try lining with a brown liner, using a gold or copper shadow all over, a dark blue at the crease and light blue for highlights. Use Navy mascara for this look as well. An aqua-blue or turquoise liner witha metallic sheen to it with two coats of your favorite mascara will also bring attention to them. A white liner makes them look wider. Navy mascara looks best on you and browns and blues are the best eyeshadow colors. Brown eyeliner looks good too!
