A really awsome romantic comedy anime is Inuyasha and it has plent of action, comedy and romantic u should start watching it January 1 2007 though because thats when they start from the beginning so you can understand it better

Kare Kano, also called His and Her Circumstances. its such a good show! its a romantic comedy. the anime only covers up to i think voulme 7 or 8 in the manga, so if u want more u'd have to read it. its a lot of fun and really sweet!

I would recommend Ouran high School Host club(finished) as a really funny and somewhat romantic comedy. Yamato Nadeshiko shichi henge(running) is also like that.

Magic Knight Rayearth has it's moments, though it's hard to understand sometimes and the plot seems reminiscent of an RPG, even the main characters think this!
