As you mentioned, these are terms related to a stock quote.

Open - price the stock opens at for the day

High - High the stock traded at for the day

Low - low the stock traded at for the day

Close - Price that the stock closes at during regular trading hrs

Forward P/E - Stock price divided by projected earnings

Dividend date - I think you mean declaration date perhaps. If so, then it's the date that the dividend was declared

Ex-Dividend Date - date on which investors get paid their dividend

P/S - not quite sure on this

High is when the stock price is at it's highest for the day.
Low is just the opposite of high.
Dividend Date is when they pay out a dividend for the stock.

Nighwatchman is a batsmen sent in a test match towards the end of the day to just bat through. Googly is a type of spin when a leg spinner bowls a delivery to spin to the off side. Silly mid on is a field position very close to the batsmen on the on(leg) side wheras silly mid off is the same but on the opposite side. Yorker is a delivery bowled at full length. (pitches close to the feet)
