I am 19 yrs old. I broke up w my boyfriend about a month ago b/c we were in a long distance relationship and I couldnt manage it at all. Well, on October 30 I went out with a friend and we ended up sleeping together. We saw each other for maybe two weeks after and had sex almost every night for those 2 weeks. We decided that we needed to stop seeing each other since neither of us want anything serious, and we didnt want 2 risk hurting each other. Well my problem is, I have always had irregular periods. Last month my period was in the first week of the month. I am not having any signs of pregnancy, except I get cramps in my lower abdominal area and I am eating/ snacking ALOT. My friend had a vascectomy. So I am not really worried. But then again- how effective is a vascectomy? I think I am really paranoid!! What do you guys think?

well, first of all, a vasectomy is nearly 100%! But, here's my thought - you slept him for 2 weeks and he could have said anything to get you to relax and not take protection. Was he a friend who you really trust? Or was it someone who you had just met. It's not too early to do a home pregnancy test. If I were you I would stop and pick one next time you're in a store. Better off taking a test soon than worrying about it. No sense worryin about it, just go get a test so you will feel better! Good luck!!!

Take a home pregnancy test how certain are you that your friend had a vasectomy there have been a lot of guys who have lied about not being able to have kids for whatever reason and their partners have ended up pregnant. You really should use condoms each time you have sex to protect yourself and your partners from std's you know who you slept with but do you know who your long distance boyfriend slept with while he was still sleeping with you?

First, a pregnancy test.
Second, see a Dr. to be sure you didn't catch anything else.
Third, having been irregular my whole life, I've been there with the paranoia. Relax, buy a test, pray, then BE MORE CAREFUL. Good luck! Take a deep breath and go buy a test.

I think because of breaking of a relation with b/f you were broken somewhere inside and that fellow you say is you friend knew it and manipulated the situation to his favour.he screwed you fully knowing that you need some consolation.Anyway there is every possibility that your fried told you lies and after using you dumped you by manipulating a story.and he had not got the operation done as was told to you.So if you do not want any further damage then rush tot the doctor and do the needful to ensure you are not carrying any unwanted thing in you.

hay first u must get treatment of a Doctor for ur period.
it must be regular. 2-3 days wil be added or sub. from period days . but it takes more than u need a doctor.
if the man harmons go in ur body threw sex point than here is change but it is not then here is no change. for more u must go doctor for it. & tell her abt ur period if u r preg. then she will tell u after exam u.

Yes, you can bleed even though you're pregnant. Pregnancy Test or a visit to the doctor is needed asap!

Depending on how the vasectomy was done, it could be possible to have a sperm get through. That an ept and be sure. Casual sex has it's consequences, just be careful.

this is really hard to say because you have irregular period, but you can always take a pregnancy test.
