he's had many tv appearences since he checked in. he as been on cmt and all that, but i did not hear about him checking out.

Yeah, I'd say he is, as he was not at the CMAs to accept his award.

As far as anyone knows, he is still in rehab. All of the appearances we are seeing now were taped before rehab. For the moment, he is not doing any new appearances.

yes he is still in rehab because his new wife (forgot her name) went to the rehab place to tell him she was pregnant
