Companionship all the way because if you have great companionship I dont believe the sex would be that bad because no matter how awful it might be you will still enjoy it because you are with the person you love. Plus you arent having sex all day long so if your releationship sucks the rest of the time your going to end up spliting and the sex will be gone anyways.

While great sex is a great compliment within a relationship, the companionship and friendship keeps it going.

If I can't have both, I know companionship is better for something long-term, but if I'm in love with someone the sex is always pretty good.
I've never had a great relationship where the sex wasn't great too.

I would choose companionship. At my age, to find a new partner is not easy, even to come close to my relationship with my late partner. Quiet arm in arm walks. Sitting in the cool evenings with arms around shoulders. That moment before a bedtime kiss. Ah love, all passion spent. 'Tis the autumn of my life, 'tis the evening of my day. I'm happy to have some wonderful friends, here on answers and in my daily life.

i have both but its not the most important the most important is some to trust i love my wife and let me tell you we are great in bed together but she checks the phone record wants to no where im at all times we have all the companionship i need i wish shed lay off
but that doesnt answer your question id pick companionship because i could get my self off if need be but if i couldnt stand the person im sleeping with it wouldnt continue no matter how good they were

companionship it's definitely more important. I mean if u plan to spend the rest of your life with someone and get old sex isnt so important then .

Companionship is more important, but great sex is good too..I guess it all depends on your mood and who you are with...I do beleive that if you are with the right person, you acn have both
