how do i embed hyperlinks in each option of a dropdown box on my website

You can't - if by "embed hyperlinks" you mean that when the user selects an option, they go to a website.

That's not to say you can't cause that effect to "appear" to happen however. But you have to do that using Javascript and OnChange events.
