Stilettos are not out of style, they are out of fashion. The look is for sexiness, and to improve the way women's calf's look in the shoes. NOT recommended for your feet however.

no, they are still in. I just saw a show that women are still getting surgery to get there toes removed to fit into certain shoes. stilletos.
