Looking for valid input including: medical sources, indications for treatment, contraindications for treatment, treatment regimen (frequency and dosage amounts), side-effects, vital sign and fetal monitoring requirements. Any literature sources would be helpful.

It has some about it at mayoclinic.com - go to premature birth and then go to treatments. I just looked all through my "What to expect when you're expecting" book and didn't see anything. I read a little about it at mayoclinic though. Sorry I couldn't do more.
