Follow the supply lines through their connections until you find a small metal block with 4 wires going to it. The Black and/or White lines are supply..the red-yellow-blue..etc lines are 24volt to sequencer.

More than likely you have wires on the furnace. They should have little tags on them or there is a schematic on the back of the furnace door. I don't know what model you have or I could help you more. You should be able to solve your problem by looking at the schematic. Don't be intimidated, the 24v leads are ususally labeled Y, W, R, G and C. Y is yellow wire, W is white wire, R is red wire, G is green wire and C is blue. Email me if you have any other questions.

Your thermostat should be marked with colored wires, just follow suite and put the wires together on the furnace the same way, same color to same color, that's why they make them that way.

They will be "R" & "C" on the low voltage terminal board, you will need to push in the door switch to accomplish this.It seems to me that if you need to ask this ? you should be fooling with the furnace and should get a pro.
