First of all where have u bought the ps2 from
if India then try fixing the Cds really well u should hear three clicks . if u have got it from anywhere else u need to remove a chip .

There are ps2 that would not play pirated Cd's. Buy the original or buy a player that can play pirated ones. But why not do it the legal way? Buy original cds.

theres a chip you need to fix in your ps2 costing around 1200Rs so that pirated cds may work
