well i just found some really cute red ones with little bows on them at Payless today for really cheap!

One place that i know of that has cute ballet flats cheap is target, as far as more expensive places i am not quite sure.

i have a lot of flats!! they are so cute!! ummm i got mine at target, gojane,zappos.com they sell cute ones at payless too.oh and macys. you can get really cute converse without the laces at converse.com. they're so cute!

I got mine at Tilly's. They also have cute ones at Victoria's Secret (website only), AE, and Aero. Hope this helps!!
