Assume all relationships can be explained by y=m(x)+b, where y and x are the numbers you are given.

There are two ways. Plot each point on a graph, then draw a straight line that goes through all the points and figure out the slope (m) and the intercept (b).

Or

Write out each equation for a single problem.
-3=m(10)+b
-2=m(5)+b
-1=m(2)+b
0=m(1)+b
Solve for "m" and "b" by using series of equations or substitution.

Hope this is what you were looking for.
