okay anyone who has lived in California can get it. we take on the role of a California person who is living out of state. i did it for long time. each person who grows up out there has to use it to shield themselves from the harsh reality of not being there so we act and this is the California act and it stay with you until you move back home again
we tell our friends that were moving back we try to talk girls into moving back with us we try everything but somehow were still not there yet so it ends up the California dream act it's is dreadfully painful too i'm leaving for cal in the spring again
