Sex does not hurt the baby in any way unless you have told by your doctor not to have it. As you are near the end of your pregnancy, sex is especially good to help start labor. There is prostoglandin in sperm that helps get your cervix soft and ready to go.

No it will not harm the baby, however depending on what trimester your in they recommend that you don't have sex in the last couple of months in fear of infection due to the cervix prepping for birth. Until your Dr. tells you different then don't worry about it.

Sex is ok at ANYTIME during pregnancy, as long as your doctor doesn't tell you otherwise. IF you have problems with your pregnancy, or if sex causes painful contractions (cramping) or a lot of bleeding (like when your period starts), then you should mention it to your doctor. As long as your doctor hasn't said otherwise, sex is ok, even healthy (for your relationship), right up until you deliver or your water breaks!
