i get that too.
and please its could help maybe depending on what type of registry cleaner its is but once i did that it was a virus.
get some pop up blocker thing.

its a scam . do not hit on da popup you need to take ur pc in safemode and scan for spyware .malware . trojans. keyloggers with ur anitvirus & anitspyware .anti -trojan& anti-keylogger software

its called "get pop up blocker" protects your comp from getting nasty popups and viruses,also...i dont no wy it would come from a specific site, uness you signed up or sumthing on the website.
